After graduating from The University of Oklahoma with her B.A. in Business Marketing and Economics, Faris attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where she graduated cum laude with a certificate in Dispute Resolution. During law school, Faris was on Law Review and engaged in the Family Law society.

Prior to working at BurnettTurner, Faris interned with the Oklahoma Guardian Ad Litem Institute, a nonprofit where she worked on various child domestic relations issues. Outside the office, Faris enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing pickleball, and frequenting OU football games.
